20th century explorers

 Hello bloggers, I forgot to post this earlier. This is about the 20th century explorers, Sir Edmund Hillary, Jean Batten and Sir Ernest Shakleton.

    Thanks Alan for posting your Explorers work. You have researched the 3 explorers well and given a good overvoew of what they did and how they were celebrated. As a class we discussed how Edmund Hillary went on from his mountain climbing success to help the people of Nepal as well as many other communities through his charity work. Do you think this might be the reason Edmund Hillary is on the $5 note over the others?
